some times i take the self-help thing just a little too far....
.... i fix
.... i fidget
.... i focus
.... and my brain starts to hurt!!
and.....
i am learning.....

some times the best thing to do is simply .... acknowlege
.... and rest in my Lord ....
.... and maybe work on a craft instead :).
